The Product

How does the RoboSphere™ work?

The RoboSphere™ uses built-in obstacle sensors and a motorised internal mechanism to roll around unpredictably — mimicking the movement of prey. When it detects an obstacle (furniture, wall, or your cat), it changes direction automatically. It also enters a rest mode after extended play, then reactivates to re-engage your cat.

How long does the battery last?

The Standard RoboSphere™ runs for approximately 4 hours on a full charge. The Pro LED version runs for approximately 6 hours. Charging takes around 90 minutes via USB-C.

Is it safe for my cat?

Yes. The RoboSphere™ is made from non-toxic ABS plastic, the same material used in most children’s toys. It has no sharp edges and is designed to be cat-safe. Always supervise first use.

Does it work on carpet?

Yes, the RoboSphere™ works on both hard floors and low-pile carpets. On thick rugs, it may move more slowly.

What’s the difference between Standard and Pro LED?

The Pro LED version features built-in colour LEDs that illuminate as the ball rolls — particularly effective in low light and evening play sessions. The LEDs make the movement visually stunning and irresistible for most cats. The Pro LED also has a longer battery life (6h vs 4h).

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all UK addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping: 5–8 business days. Express shipping: 2–3 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Email us immediately at hello@zyona.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, contact us at hello@zyona.com. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

My cat isn’t interested in it. Can I return it?

We’d be surprised — but yes. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a return or exchange.

Discount Codes

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
