UK Delivery

We ship to all UK addresses. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Shipping (free on orders over £30) — 5–8 business days — £3.99
• Express Shipping — 2–3 business days — £8.99

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@zyona.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless item is defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your RoboSphere™ arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, we will send a replacement at no charge. Simply email us a photo of the issue at hello@zyona.com.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
